Artists Ned Kahn, Tristan Al-Haddad, Blessing Hancock and Regina Flanagan were selected through a nationwide open call and interviews with the Minneapolis Arts Commission.

Ned Kahn designed and created Prairie Tree, a large-scale iconic artwork .

Tristan Al-Haddad designed and created Nimbus, a key feature, transforming Nicollet’s Theater in the Round into a work of public art.

Blessing Hancock collaborated with local writers to create Nicollet Lanterns, a series of luminous suspended lanterns.

Regina Flanagan authored the blog and website that you are reading right now. Her role was to curate/integrate public art.
